Representatives of the divisions of Animex Foods in Kutno, under the permanent cooperation with the University, which among others consists of internships and practical trainings, visited the students of Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences at Lodz University of Technology. During the meeting the company presented a wide recruitment offer addressed to the students and graduates of higher education institutions.
Animex Foods is one of the largest FMCG companies in Poland, forming part of the international concern of Smithfield and ensuring their employees with stability, safety and perspectives for development. The company opts for high quality of the produced goods, which can be achieved thanks to the specialized personnel.
The company is actively searching for employees among local communities, providing young people with great possibilities of development. Under the cooperation, representatives of Animex Foods divisions: K1, K2, K4, located in Kutno, and K3 located in nearby Daszyna commune, for the third time visited the students of Lodz University of Technology. At the meeting, the young people from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences could learn about the internship program and development programs. Employees of the facilities in Kutno informed them about practical trainings and student internships and told them about company’s products, modern machine park, and Code of Business Ethics functioning in the organization. It is worth mentioning that the presentation about the company was given e.g. by the graduate of the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences who joined the structures of Animex under the internship program and who is now working as a junior technologist.
Animex Foods offers participation in interesting projects, a possibility for completion of diploma theses, accommodation or scholarship for the duration of practical training, accommodation or co-financing of trips, and first of all, the possibility of working with an experienced team and an actual chance for developing one’s career in the food industry.
It is worth emphasizing that the cooperation of Animex with Lodz University of Technology covers two faculties, i.e. Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences and Faculty of Organization and Management. In November 2022, the company became a partner of the University under the Program of Diamond Practices addressed to the best Students.
