Smithfield Foods Inc finalized the acquisition of the remaining 66,5% shares of Pini Polonia.
Acquisition will provide a supply of fresh meat to processing facilities of Animex Foods and our customers.
This move will capitalize existing Animex Foods opportunity to compete in the European market as a world class consumer packaged goods and protein company.
